No changes, returns or withdrawal of accessories, cosmetics and lingerie, except for defective products.
No changes, returns or withdrawal of products that are incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, stained or in any state that reasonably indicate that the product has been used. They will be returned to the customer as soon as possible.
All products that are to be exchanged or returned must be properly packaged and with labels.
In case of withdrawal, you will only be responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exchanges are not permitted.
RETURNS (due to fault or defect) made through the online store:
- Conditions: Returns made through physical stores are not permitted.
- Cost: Returns are free of charge for the customer. OXXO shall refund the customer the corresponding amount (including shipping costs from the original purchase) within 14 calendar days since the date it was informed of the return request. The refund will be made via the same method used for payment. However, OXXO might hold the refund until items have been received, or until the customer sends to OXXO a proof of delivery, whichever occurs first.
- Procedure: From your home address: Go to your order information to request a return.
We will arrange for a courier to collect your return from the address provided.
Free home pick-up
You have 14 days after receiving your order to return it. To do so, you can request home collection and we will send a courier to collect your parcel:
Go to Return Center in the Footer section of the Homepage. Next, put your Order number and you E-mail address on the Website and click on “find your Order”.
You will now have access to your Order in detail.
Now Select the items that you want to return and click ”submit“.
Next, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with full details of your request.
Pack the items securely, in the original packaging if possible, and enclose the delivery note.
3. THE COURIER WILL COME TO YOUR HOME ADDRESS TO COLLECT YOUR PARCEL
Our courier will contact you in the next few days to confirm a date and time to collect the items.
In the case of returns, the refund will be made using the same payment method to purchase the item within 3 to 12 working days from the date we receive your parcel at our warehouse.
It is not possible to exchange or return items at stores in Saudi Arabia.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION made through the online store:
- Conditions: You have the right to cancel your order for any reason before the Order was processed.
