No, Membership is free!

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, all you need is an email address. We recommend that you register for an account to start adding pieces to your Wishlist, but, you can also place and track orders as a guest and sign up at a time that suits you.

Forgot My Password

Click on the “Forgot my password” link on the log in screen. Your new password will be sent to your registered e-mail address. If you do not remember your e-mail address too, please create a new account by clicking to the JOIN link.

How to change my password

Go to your account and enter your old password and your new password (twice). Your new password will be set.

How to create an order

It is very easy and fast to shop on oxxoshop.com. Add the products you like to your cart.

To finish your order, click on the “BUY NOW” link. Check the total amount, choose the delivery type you want and enter your address.

Choose the payment method you would like to use and finish your order.

If you would like to reserve the products at any of our stores (for 7 days max.), choose the store.

How to change / cancel my order

Yes, you might be able to cancel your before the Order was processed. For cancelations please email [email protected] or reach out to our Customer service in the Live Chat.

If we have already processed your Order, you need to contact us and return the product. Please visit the Return center at our Page and initiate a return by giving you order number and Email address. We will contact you regarding the further steps via email.

Is it safe to shop online?

Yes. We do not share your personal/contact information with our partners or others. Oxxoshop.com has SSL Protocol (which is one of the most safe protocols) to protect your credit card information. On the other hand, we do not keep credit card information.

What Payment methods do you offer?

We offer Credit Cards (Visa or Master), MADA (debit card) and Cash on Delivery (COD).

What should I do if the payment is not accepted?

Please try again after a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can't make the payment, please contact us about the problem. We can manage the order manually.

How to get my order

The products you have ordered will be sent to your address.

How long does it take until I get my order delivered?

Once your order is confirmed, we will dispatch it within two days. Usually it takes 2-3 days for deliveries inside Riyadh. For deliveries outside Riyadh depending on your Location it might take 3-8 working days until you receive your shipment.

What are the delivery charges?

This depends on the Order amount. We offer free shipping for amounts above 250 SAR. Every amount below 250 SAR will be charged with 25 SAR shipping charges.

You can see the shipping fees on the checkout process before the payment is made.

What happens when I’m not at home?

There are three attempts to deliver the order before the shipment is returned to our warehouse.

Is it possible to deliver my order to any address I want?

We deliver the shipment to the address that you provided at the checkout. Make sure you enter your address correctly. Please check your contact information and update your information when needed.

All products that are sold on www.oxxoshop.com belong to OXXO collection. The products that you will find in our stores and on oxxoshop.com are same quality products. On our website, you will find these information:

Change/Return

We offer a full refund (excluding delivery costs) on any items returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date, and provide a free pick-up service for all returns for your convenience. To create a return, go to ‘Return Center at the Bottom of the Page and put your Order number and e-mail address to select the item you want to return or contact our Customer Service in the Live Chat.

Do you have the option to return my Order in the Stores?

This Option is not available at the moment. We will inform you via email once that option is available. You have to create an Account to receive any updates from us.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued via the original payment method and will normally appear within 7-14 business days, depending on the processing time of your payment provider. Kindly note that we will initiate the refund from the date we receive your parcel at our warehouse.
